How much would you pay?

Im needing a different saddle for my horse, ive tried one of these on and it 100% fits, not this exact model, its a high wither one but from same range.

The saddle has a tiny rip and a few scratches but nothing that cant be repaired easily and cheaply. Ive been asked to pay 100+ is that too much?

I wouldn't pay much more than 100 quid for it.
