How much would you value this pony at? He's not currently for sale, I'm just looking to change my insurance as he's only insured for a minimal amount currently. I don't know much about pony prices. Thanks

12.2-12.3hh grey gelding, 4 years old. Done a little unaffiliated dressage (one walk and trot and one prelim outing), clear rounds and some indoor unaffiliated SJ classes up to 2ft9. Bold careful jump- not worried about fillers/water trays, but obviously not experienced owing to age. Shown inhand at the end of last summer with good comments from judges. Showing talent at gymkhana/handy pony type activities.Generally calm and not spooky, especially given his age. Snaffle mouth.

Thank you.

Thanks triplesandh. Yes, he would measure in as 12.2hh I think- although he may grow more I suppose as he's only 4.
That surprises me Bossanova- thank you.

Wow he looks remarkably like a friends loan pony! really sweet. They have been offered to buy him at £1200 but hes done less than yours- so I would say £1600-£1800?

Looks to me like a pony club mum's dream!!! I think you should be definately looking at the £2k mark for insurance purposes. If you were thinking of selling him I think you would get more.

Wish I could find a pony like him here in Spain -my 7yr old daughter is having to learn to jump on a 15.2 . Trying to find decent childrens ponies here is a nightmare
