This isn't for a horse for sale but for a horse I wish to buy.

Well I haven't found it yet but wanted to know a ball park price of the following type of horse.

Prodominently (sp) dressage but would like to have fun with low level jumping xc, working Novice / Elementary but with ability to go further, would like a 5 to 8 year old preferably, 16.2 plus, not too light framed
not worried about colour (although would love a grey)
not overly worried if mare or gelding but would prefer mare
not overly worried about bloodlines, as long as it has ability, not overly worried about breeding either
Happy to hack out alone and in company
Good in all respects (box, shoe, clip etc)

I have bought and sold a horse and now have a young TB which is to be sold on within next month or so, but I am so not cut out for buying and selling so want my next horse to be my keepsy.

I am coming into some money at the end of September and its my one chance to buy a good quality horse.

You have confirmed what I thought, my budget is a little bit more than that but you confimed I am thinking along the right lines. Plus from what I have read of your previous posts and replies I know you know your stuff (if that makes sense) so I value your opinion.

thanks lots

You could well be looking at a little more for the right horse. But you never know. And the time of year may well be on your side too.

How exciting
