I wouldn't. Horses that have been put in foal young who aren't in great condition are often always difficult to keep condition on. Also, what if you buy it and it is in foal? Your going to have a horse you can do nothing with while not gaining anything out of it....

Has it any breeding/papers?

If I had to pay, maybe a couple of hundred max from the info you've given. Sounds like a moneypit.
