How often do we all ride our horses?

At the moment i'm still waiting for a saddle fitter to come out to my new boy so I havent been schooling him in the arena. We have been doing a mixture of hacking out and lunging 5 or 6 times a week.

I'm also unemployed at the mo so have all the time to do this!

Sometimes 7 times a week, 2 -3 hours hack, sometimes 1 - 2 times a week, depending on work and weather (self-employed). No school but do odd bit of lunging in the field.

Not riding at all at the mo which is totally poo! 12 weeks to go though + a couple for recovery (& counting!).
Usually this time of year I'd be riding 5-6 times per week, a mixture of hacking & schooling with the odd few small jumps thrown in out on our hacks if I feel like it!
I like to make the most of him this time of year - I know people that hardly ride and their horses workload doesn't really differ from winter to summer but mine usually differs hugely! :)

5 times a week - once jump schooled, once on the flat and three hacks for about an hour each! I like to school while out on a hack too, for short periods :)

At the moment I'm aiming to ride B twice a day 6 days a week. Hack in the morning with mum and Kane and then schooling in the afternoon to get ready for a big show we have in 2 weeks.

Twice a day? My horse would seriously down tools if I did that!

Around 5 days - schooling & lungeing. Would like to do more hacking but after yesterdays attempt, wouldn't care if I never did again :(

6 days a week usually involving 1 session of lunging 20-30 mins, 2 sessions in the school of up to an hour and 3 hacks between 1-2 hours. Will be more schooling and less hacking as soon as the nights pull in so I'm trying to make the most of it!

Mine is ridden 5-6days a week. Schooled 3times for 40mins, the other days is hack, jump and lunge inbetween the schooling to keep him interested.

My sister would school 6-7 days a week I have to tell her to hack and jump sometimes to give her pony a break.

Usually 6 days a week each horse- a mix of schooling, hacking, long-reining depending upon weather, time, horse fitness etc.
The oldie is arthritic so a bit of gentle work does her the world of good, the young one appears to like the mental stimulus.

In between horses at the mo but generaly 5 days a week....monday - friday, by the time i finsh work on a sat night i am generally shattered and so saturday nights are for either chilling out with the other half or going out and sundays i give the horse a day off so that i can catch up on other stuff.....unless i go for a hack with the OH on his bike!

6 days a week for Sketch. I do 2 days hacking, 2 days schooling/flat lesson, 1 day jumping and have the other day as a random one so I just do whatever I feel like on that particular day lol. Its usually a hack, pessoa session or jump though. He gets bored if we school too much. My nan is looking after him while I'm on holiday next week so they'll be hacking or pessoa-ing for 18 days! :)

None at the moment, because he's not broken yet lol! Hoping next Spring and then we'll see, just hoping I've got time to fit it in, eeek, but cannot wait to ride him :)

Non at the moment as one horse off due to lameness and Po is a bit small for me (11h!) But when working I like them to WORK 4 days a week, hack or potter 1 - 2 days a week and rest the other day. IF they compete they always get the next day off...

Girly has one day off, schooled 2 days a week, hacked 2 days a week and long reined 2 days a week, madam likes variation so variation is what she gets!!
