How often do you video your lessons or daily riding session?

I always ahve my lessons and any clinics video'd and evey so often get my Mother to video me riding , as in day-to-day schooling or order to compare etc and of course at comps too.

How often do you have lesssons etc video'd and do you find it useful comparing videos etc?

It is useful, but since I don't have a camcorder, very rarely!

Also, I usually ride alone (in the dark in winter) so there would not be anyone there to operate the camcorder.

Always get dad to video me at shows, and I find it very useful. Don't really have the camera at the yard very often, so usually just when dad is about up there (my mum isn't very good at using the camera!).

I Always have my lessons Video and Clinics, I find that i can look at the video after and see things that i may have missed and find more things to work on, as i only have lessons once a mth i find this really helpful.

I always have all competitions videoed but only occasionly lessons.

I try to get as many videos of myself riding as possible too and find it very useful. What I most like about it is to relate the 'feel' to the image.
I also video and snap when I teach and all my clients love it.

If only there was some sort of camcorder/CCTV (which didn't need an operator) where I ride I would be mega pleased

i try and have lessons and comps videoed, and sometimes just normal schooling sesisons etc. i find that it really helps because you can evaluate your perormance, and watch whilst reading through dressage sheets etc, and see what the judges saw.

I always have my lessons videod and then watch them back so i can here what has been said again and also watch what needs improving!! I always video my tests aswell, as its helpful to watch them back when you have your score sheet to compare it with too.

i try and have all my lessons videod, as mom is usually there anyway so she might as well do something!

But normal riding sessions, not very often as its just me usually

Try to get mum to video as often as possible. She will video dressage and BSJA but I think she is too stressed out eventing so don't normally get any videos xc which is a shame cause would have had some fantastic videos for you've been framed if the camera was always on!
