The horses on livery here are checked on 4 times a day. Mid morning and mid afternoon are sight only checks as I walk the dogs, but early and late checks are proper checks.

We have a herd of 5 horses and a herd of 4 ponies, but all are very lively so the extra checks are very necessary IMO, I just like to know they are all ok. The two mini's I can see from the kitchen, so they get many visual checks but three daily proper checks, poo pick etc.
 
It varies, most days twice a day, if I'm busy its once a day with yard owner doing the other check, and if I've got a whole day off and the weathers nice I'll just spend the whole day up there!
 
Once a day. Though he is checked 4 or 5 times a day by YO and various other people who have horses in the same field. They check him and I check their horses when I go :)
 
3 times a day at this time of year but it will only be twice when they come in later. They're about 2 miles away so it's not far to go.
Morning to turn them out and muck out.
Just before dark to bring them in, clean them up and feed.
About 10.00 pm to hang up late night hay nets to last them through until next morning.
 
Mine are at home out 24/7, and my circumstances are somewhat unusual, but i see them from the window but actually go out to check them or just hang out around three to four times a day.
 
Once a day, to feed and check him over, but we are one of about 7 grass liveries and we also all check each other's as we are there at different times of the day.

Moll's out 24/7 unrugged. She's checked (and fed until the grass is back) a minimum of once a day, usually by me but sometimes by someone else on my behalf. The YO keeps an eye too, plus myself and the owners of the ponies she shares a field with keep an eye on each others' and text to confirm all is well regularly. :)
