I don't think there is lower limit. You can be a member up to 25 now (Ithink), but most members at our club are under 18..

Probably the youngest in our club are about 5. They get bored if younger.. Any younger, and I'd just sit them on the pony while the rally is going on rather than putting them in a lesson perhaps! Speak to your local DC about it.

The youngest in my branch is 2 and there's a few kids this age who seem to get on with each other.

you have to be three to do the mini badges
mini badges 3 to 8
big badges 8 to 25
