How Old Were You When...

First pony when I was about 7, haven't done any of the others yet. I am 26 now and none of the others look likely to be on the cards for a while. Blooming recession and 2 horses eating me out of house and home means I'll be renting for a while yet!

Don't think I'll ever get married really. Not quite my thing I don't reckon!
 
First pony when I was 12, don't own my own house, not married, but I had my first child when I was 19 (20 now) who is just starting to walk by herself over the last day or two :D!!
 
How did you all afford to buy houses so young? I am desperate to buy but it seems hugely unlikely any time soon. I am baffled by how you all managed it!
 
i got married at 24 - thought i was quite young, but that seems a normal age now really!

Really don't think i could have afforded a house if i was on my own and only had one income!

I'm not on my own! OH and I live together and have 2 reasonalbe incomes, admittedly two horses use most of mine, and still we are no where near buying. It's depressing!
 
lots and lots of saving, no holidays or fancy nights out etc - once you do have a house, all your money goes into it! Wish i had stayed at home longer and got a bigger deposit!

I should get rid of the big beasties probably and then I'd have loads of money to save!

Got your first house - 26 (last November!)

Got Married - Not yet, its being discussed, been together 10 years! Lol, we don't hurry anything...!

Had Children - Not yet, partner wants one but I don't feel old enough yet (at 27!).
