My mum and dad purchased me a lovely fell cross pony when I was 12, started riding when I was 5. I do consider myself very lucky as my Mum worked part time just so I could have my dream!

How did you all afford to buy houses so young? I am desperate to buy but it seems hugely unlikely any time soon. I am baffled by how you all managed it!

Got mine for £51k, Is a beautiful little flat in a leafy posh area... but is a VERY little flat lol. Compramised on size for area.

Got the flat on the markey now so we can buy a family home.
