how riding should and shouldn't be!

Lazy horse - was purposely banging with every stride :). He's 17hh of pure lazy fat - love him regardless. Do have a weekly lunge lessons (and 2 dressage lessons) and was joking. However wasn't asking for crit. Your turn to post something for me to tear apart:p?

It was the dressage judge coming out in me sweetie, I was just surprised as you have 'bigged' yourself up and I was kind of expecting more tbh

I'm sorry, but i turned it off after a couple of seconds, don't know why i looked to be honest, we all know there is a lot that goes on that in retrespect should not, but why the hell do people keep posting these things on here, fed up with it now.

It just seems really degrading for the horses and they don't look like they enjoy doing them. If you freeze framed and did close ups of the horses faces during those tricks they would look stressed and unhappy.

Then he is a bad trainer. There is nothing "degrading" for a horse in performing what humans choose to call tricks, as opposed to mainstream disciplines.

Perhaps we should have a thread with all our "unfortunate" photos on it. :D:eek:

Perhaps OP has never got left behind, lost their balance or become unseated when their horse shies and just for a moment, pulled on his mouth?

If indeed OP has ever been on a horse.

Thank god my IT skills aren't up to it.

Don't worry Amaranta, you weren't the only one surprised by the video of a self proclaimed professional dressage rider and instructor ;) Fab pony she has though, and the big bay could be a bit special I think :D

She does have better taste in music than the OP though :D

There are no unfortunate photos of me.

I have destroyed them all :D

Photographic records are deceptive. I've had an issue with food and weight gain all my life. Sometimes I'm slim, sometimes a little curvy, for periods of time I've been quite fat and other times... erm... really fat... :o

On my 50th birthday my daughter arranged a huge party, hired a room and decorated it with enormous photos of me :eek: from babyhood to present.

Guess what?

I was slim in all of them :D:D

(I love my daughter.) :D
