I have 3 acres over run with 2ft tall buttercups. I am going to mow it tomorrow (wish me luck, tried all local farmers with no luck so this is my only option.)
Anyway as I only have 2 horses some parts have pretty tall grass and other parts are thick with clover. Should I have the mower on the lowest setting and go over the clovers and buttercups then highest setting and go over the grass? Which is 3inches As horses are not touching the tall grass. I do have plans to divide the field up but cannot anytime soon.
