Toby arrived on 13th November after a long hard labour, and he is the most amazing wee soul! Hoping to book in for some lessons in March, hopefully by then the boob monster will let me escape for an hour!

As others have said, you will know when you feel right. I was back on board ten days after a natural birth. Husband stood outside the school with new baby in the buggy as I rode round, grinning like a loon!
