I cut out wheat and dairy for a couple of weeks, daughter and partner have cut out carbs. Makes an enormous difference to our energy levels.
Good diet, plenty of water to keep hydrated and good quality sleep are probably the most practical things you can do to combat exhaustion.
That and JennyNZ's advice. Say no.
