So my mare has been out of work for two weeks now due to me falling off and breaking my elbow it is now healing nicely and time to get back in saddle. however even though my mare has been turned out 24/7 she is extreamly hyper squealing galloping and just really on her toes although she may be in season too that can make her a bit loopy. on weds eve i decided to lunge her and she was extreamly full of beams and did alot of bucking snorting high tail etc but after about half an hour seemed to be working better which i thought great by sat i should be able to get on. however my friend sent me a text yesterday to say be careful if i was goinging to ride as she was being extreamly hyper in the morning yes the morning after her lunging session. really confused now as how to get the energy out of her any ideas? she was doing fantastic before my fall too no napping or anything was a complete push button ride now shes like a two yr old thats
