How to contact BD? Ignored email and phone always engaged !

Been trying to get hold of them for some time now and seem to be failing miserably. Urgently need to contact them re a comp and entries close in 3 days. Why is it so hard to get hold of them ??

Who have you tried emailing? I had a reply within a couple of hours when I emailed Paul Graham at BD the other day. Might be worth trying a different contact there (even if they aren't the obvious person to speak to).

Otherwise try ringing at non-peak times of the day (I often find them busy at lunch times as clearly everyone is ringing them during their break from work!)

Agree with this - I invariably e-mail the wrong person (by mistake usually!) but do usually get a response fairly quickly
