Got to agree, load of rubbish!! I'm amazed they showed the whole series. We don't need a series about horses like this, just show us all of Badminton on terrestrial!

rough diamond was awful, but as many said, easy and brainless sunday night tv!

does anyone know how many different horses played the lead horses in it? that would be interesting to know... there must be about 20 horses that played "rough diamond" let alone that chestnut! xxx

Absolutely. I, for one, loved it. OK, it was stunningly inaccurate in heaps of ways but I enjoyed just looking at some lovely horses even if there was a thin story line woven around them. It was no more accurate to racing than Howards Way was to sailing but look how popular THAT was and how many series they made of it (I loved that too but mainly because it was all filmed a stone's throw away from I live!)
