How to ensure your dog leaves home

why on earth? I just dont understand dressing up dogs. Seen those strollers you can buy for dogs and saw someone with one a couple of years ago at a county fair with a handbag dog in it.

See, now my poodle would LOVE that! I think he might have been a drag queen in a former life! :D I wonder if it would go well with his tiara?!

I never understood the strollers in the uk (I get why they're handy in the US though) until I met a lady with an older cross breed who's legs weren't fab. By the time she'd walked him to the park for a potter he'd be limping and sore and refuse to walk home so instead of driving him she pushed him there and back so he could enjoy his walk.

And yep, Annette is spot on with the strollers-good-for-older-dogs thing. I didn't have a stroller as such (too much like having a baby, def a no no for me! LOL). The one I had was more like a roll-aboard type suitcase that was modified for pets. My old MinPin who went blind loved hers - she could come out for walks with us...although I referred to it as her "ambulance" as at that time I was living in a city center...the vets was maybe 4 blocks away so it was definitely the way to go to get her there rather than her being scared of walking thru crowds on lead, or me having to carry her.
