i knew my boyfriend would be a keeper when a new horse came to the yard, as an emergency livery as owner had moved to Australia (very long confusing story basically!), and he calmly asked, so are you going to keep him as a third horse then? heheh, luckily we found him a new home, as really don't have the money, but just made be smile that the idea of more horses was not concerning. made a nice change from an ex saying he 'didn't understand the horses'!/ why i had them.
if he was concerned i could easily hide a 3rd any way as mine live in a herd of 11 so just pretend they are my friends!
