How to find a sharer for my horse?

I have a young event horse I keep near Winchester. He is a 16.2 hh, Polish warmblood, called Boston.

I ride on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and one day on the weekend usually. During school holidays I can only ride once during the week and once or twice on the weekends. I am looking for someone who wants to ride him the rest of the time.
He is kept at a livery yard so all someone needs to do is ride / groom / cuddle! The yard has a lovely outdoor school and a jumping paddock and there are people who are willing to hack out together.

He is very friendly; however he is 5 and a competition horse, so is only suitable for someone who has experience of a proper competition horse and who has ridden to a high level such as intermediate eventing / medium dressage / foxhunter BSJA and has ridden young horses. He is very willing to learn and has been out successfully at unaffiliated dressage, combined training and cross country schooling. I am looking for a £30 a week contribution which will pay for one of my lessons each week.
He would be ideal for someone into dressage as he is very easy to school, he is still learning about jumping so would probably be best if it's just me teaching him at the moment.
Does any one know of anyone who would be suitable?
 
If you want an "intermediate eventing / medium dressage / foxhunter BSJA " rider i think you will find YOU will have to pay them!!!
 
All I mean by that is I want someone who can enjoy him and help me continue his schooling in the right direction, I don't want someone who has only hacked a little bit and jumped a little bit on something that is pushbutton as I don't want anybody getting hurt or Boston having a bad experience. I have known lots of riders who say they have done x,y and z but infact they have only done a, b and c and that's not safe.
Boston is straight forward especially on the flat and easy to handle on the ground but he can be very quick to spook at a strange leaf etc as most youngsters can be.
I do realise I'm looking for someone special but Boston is very special too and my money tree only stretches so far.
 
Are you offering the sharer a chance to compete this horse?

If not I would be amazed if an experienced rider would want to school your horse for you and pay for the privilage!
 
Ahhhhhhhh but thats not what you said.......... I have never competed intermediate eventing / medium dressage / foxhunter BSJA (competeing is not my thing at all) ----- but that doesnt mean I am not experienced enough to school your horse in the right direction..... having schooled horses up to PSG........ so you just want someone experienced, but you could tell that from the first time someone sat on your horse!


I also share a horse currently, he too is a capable of spooking at a leaf (arent they all) and hes 17... really should know better...... I could if i wanted to ride my share horse 7 days a wee... but I really dont have time for that....... so go 2/3 times a week... I pay £50 pcm (but that really is very little compared to what others pay)
 
I have posted him on new rider so fingers crossed! I am willing to negotiate contribution for the right person so if anyone has any ideas please let me know as school holidays are on there way and he is ready to go out and about and learn new things.
