How to find a yard to rent in Northants?

Hi,
I am looking for a small yard to rent in northants, ideally between kettering and northampton - Moulton/Boughton/old/walgrave/mawsley/brixworth etc ideally 6 stables, and enough land (could go less or more on size). In an ideal world would also have a school. How do I go about finding this? No one is advertising anything in this area!

Am looking for 10 boxes and like you have had no joy. I would look at a 20 mile radius of Northampton if anyone knows of anywhere please?
