How to find BHS membership number so i can access legal helpline

Me and my horse were unforunately hit by a car wed evening, my horse is fine baring a go faster stripe down his side, i wasnt so lucky although not seriously injured i am now incapacitated,
i need to speak to the bhs legal helpline, but i dont know my membership number, i have tried looking but its completely exhausting me - do i need it? or will they know i am a member? Any help gratefully recieved

and i need the telephone number - ****** - it says the number is on the back of the membership card

Ring the BHS office and ask for your membership number from their records, it will help if you know when the renewal is due.

thank you, i did try its shut till monday, so we are on hold till them, its due for renewal next april that much i know

Have you checked your old emails as they send you your membership number in your 'welcome' email ahead of your card

Have you tried just phoning the BHS legal help line 02476 840700 they might be able to find your membership number by your address.

thanks everybody, i did find the number on the email receipt thank you, and have reported the accident, now just need to sort out what to do with the horses and how to sort out my general life
