How can I get grease of my leather riding boots ? I don't want to have to scrub as the stitching is a bit delicate
Thanks (: x

Warm water & either washing up liquid or glycerine. Both need to be rinsed off.

Rinse cloth in warm water with washing up liquid in it, squeeze out excess then wipe boot, rinse cloth and repeat until grease has gone. Allow to dry before using boot polish

I would just clean as you would your tack, glycerine saddle soap (can use an old soft toothbrush on really ground on bits to loosen it) then wipe over with conditioner, or boot polish if you want the shine!

warm soapy water, and a sponge. let the boots dry and polish as normal. and a bath for the horse? to minimise future grease? best not to let the horse or the boots build up!!!
