We have one paddock which is a sea of white clover this year. Our two are good doers so are banned from this paddock at the moment.

Does anyone know what the best way is to get rid of it? Is there a spray which works well? I know the farmers I have spoken to think I'm daft for wanting to get rid of it (we are in dairy country) but it is far too rich for our boys.

Any help gratefully received.

Thank you.

We use a broadleaf spray called Barclay Hurler - does an excellent job on it tohugh you will need the farmer to buy/use it

Virtually any broadleaf weed spray will kill it, probably something really cheap will do, the problem comes when you don't want to kill it then the cost of the spray goes up massively.

Thank you Miller and jrp204 for your replies.

I've been told it is very difficult to eradicate so was hoping to hear from people had managed to clear it.

I'll have another chat with our neighbour farmer.

Thanks again.
