As the title says..... I have nudge drinkers fitted in my new stables and most of the horses are more than happy but two are scared!
It's only been 3 days but just wondered if any of you had any words of wisdom in getting these horses to take to them??
Tried putting some molasses on the nudge... Just got licked off! It's the actual sound of the water that they're scared of at the mo, will drink out of them fine if I gill it for them, it's just getting them to use the nudge! Also ... Obviously I dont want them to go without water (and haven't been) but I'm also mindful that if I stick their usual tub of water in the stable with them, they have no incentive to at least try the drinkers?
