Sorry I am posting so much. I have managed to get each of my remaining dogs alone to be calm and sit nicely even pug this morning shock horror. When there is more than one it’s total chaos. How do i get them not to race round chasing one another the whole time?

Don't allow it! Do they all know sit and stay? Teach them that. Ours know 'In your beds' and go and lie in their beds. Start teaching yours that one on one and step it up to all. If they are always shut in a crate when together they will see being loose as being fun.

It’s unbeleivable chaos no one listens. Good idea though. Maybe if I try two in different combinations then three? They are really obedient out but this situation blows what little brain cells there are

when learning the down/stay remember to treat while in the desired position...before they break the behavoiur... and treat to reinforce the down/stay with the command too :)

teach them a time out-when I want my two to stop playing with each other/me they know the phrase 'all done' means that playing is all over and something else happens (bed, trainign etc). They also know 'in your bed' although that means either their own beds or the couch :).
