how to introduce/change feeds??

Ok, following on from my previous post, i have decided to change my mares feeds to a lo cal diet and i am wondering how I do this now i have decided on what feed she will be having.
She is a welsh cob cross, and, naturally, loves her grub. I need to introduce her new balancer and chaff and phase out the old mix and chaff. How do i do this without upsetting her tummy? Whats the best thing to do, i know i have to do it gradually, but im phasing both out so do i introduce one at a time or both?

Aim to complete the change after a minimum of 7 days. Gradually decrease the old feed whilst introducing the new feed. You can do both at the same time
