Firstly you must start off with the box the right way round, if you put it the other way round to usual you cause mass confusion (well confusion x2)
Once you put the box the right way round, you just wait/nag

Always go in in this order but Tiffin thinks Millie takes up too much space so she'd rather wait for the me to come back thanks ;):D.

I started doing it wtih the previous 2 as we had to go through the yard, and sometimes gauntlet of terriers so it felt safer using a box.
At the start I think it does rely a little on the fact that they are a little scared and like to hide, and then it just becomes routine. I can hand catch them from inside but I'd rather not climb into runs - and the outdoor one at Mum's is the perfect square that they stay just far enough away if they go round the outside :D.

We are also taking our lawn eating duties more seriously now, rather than only eating the bit under the hides. A few full days have helped but it was too hot to do that last week.

I threatened to shoot a cat in the garden from an upstairs window last night and it worked. I think leaving the water pistol on the table ready outside musth have helped!

Clearly they know that there is a right, and a wrong way, and who knows where you would end up if you went into it the wrong way!

Ahh good piggies. I've just ordered some carriers to transport mine to holiday care, will see what they do! They're big boys so have ordered one each.

Yeah I have 2 x cat carriers from the middle isle of lidl. I can fit 2 x boys in each. But for transporting to and from cage to outdoor run they all pile into one
