How to measure a saddle

I have a saddle to sell, but can't remember the exact size, how do I measure it?

from the nail to the cantle

from the stud at the side of the little flap were you lift up to put your stirrup leathers on across to the centre of the cantle.

For seat size ie 17.5" from the button to the middle of the cantle. For fit for the horse M etc between where the two buttons are on the inside of the gullet. Different makes have different fittings, it might be stamped somewhere on the saddle flap or there is sometimes a code which you can contact the maker with and they can tell you.
