I've got an older style Wintec Pro dressage saddle, and where the suede knee areas are stitched through, the back of the flaps has started to split along the stitch line.
It's only a budget saddle, so I don't want to spend too much and I'm wondering about using some sort of really strong fabric based tape to patch it up.
Has anyone tried this, or even have any recommendations of any really strong tape that might do the job? I think it's quite a common problem on them.
