How to post a saddle

I need to post a GP saddle. Can someone tell me what's the best way to do it and roughly how much it will cost?

Strong carboard box, wrap the saddle in bubblewrap, put in box and pad out spaces with newspaper or similar.

It will cost between £14 and £20 first class depending on weight.
