how to post pictures??

A while ago some nice person put in a step by step, idiots guide to putting photos on here. I can't find out how to do it HELP!!!!

Upload pics to www.photobucket.com then cut and paste the image code (which is stored beneath the pics on the photobucket website) onto the comments section on here

OK done that, its just come up as text. Looking back at a previous attempt of mine, somehow the pics have come through later on, how did that happen, or do I have to wait until someone else views them for them to come up????
