How to sell a TackPack?

I have an Ifor Williams Tack Pack to sell - I was going to put it on Ebay but you now have to accept Paypal.

I cannot post this to comply with Paypal's requirements - which means that if an unscrupulous buyer decided to claim "item not received" I could not show Paypal an online tracking number to prove delivery, and they would get their money refunded, and to keep my item.

Does anyone have any other ideas? I tried the local paper and got one mail from someone who changed their mind, and tried Preloved, but no interest.

I sold mine on ebay. I put Collection only and cash on collection. Sold it for £110 and had no problem
