My id x tb loves jumping but recently has started to love it a bit more :D i cant at top of the school down the long side and he knows i am going to turn and starts to canter sideways and then leaps up to fence and bombs the last 3 strides i have tried putting afull course of fences up and school ride them but nothing works .

try putting up one jump. circle close to the jump and round and round passing close by, only when he is calm do you allow him to jump it.
Schooling around jumps is also a good idea.

You may have to be tough at first but its just a case of keep trying until he learns, it just takes time.

was just about to write what blucanoo1990 put! Just do the circles and only allow him to jump it when he is listening. Make sure to make them proper circles rather than pulling him out though! Grids are also good for rushing. Can you school around a load of jumps too? try to desensitize him a bit!

My mare does this too, i find lots of placing poles before the jump are a good way of slowing down and getting them listening to you :)

You can also do the following exercise, which is kind of an extension of the one mentioned above.

Set up some poles (4-5) in a line. You want to trot over the first one and circle away to the left (or right, as you wish). come back over it and then carry on over the second pole and trot a circle in the other direction. come back over the second one and then over the third and away again to the first direction. You can also mix it up and just decide which direction you want to circle each time so the horse doesn't know which way they're going to be asked to go.

Once you've got that going in trot, you can do it in canter and eventually put up little cross poles. Stops them towing you through and makes them listen.
