As title really....
I have a very well bred black shetland- who will do county level showing.
I was told that with a black shetland, that you want to keep them jet black and try to prevent their coat etc. from bleaching brown.
How do people manage this?
He is in at night, out in the day with a full neck fly rug at the minute (although it's starting to rub his mane
). His tail has bleached slightly.
I am thinking of getting him the supreme products hood (for when it is actually cool enough to put it on), in the hope that it might stop the full neck rugs from rubbing.
Any advice from showing experts, very welcome!
