How to use Brewer's Yeast as a Calmer?

Does anyone use Brewer's Yeast as a Calmer? Where is the best place to buy it and how much would I need to feed a lightweight 15.1hh thoroughbred to see results?

Someone has also told me Camomile could help, does anyone have any experience of using it? Thankyou!

I have heard it can be used as a calmer and I know that Simple Systems advise it for this.

I feed my 15 hand cob two tablespoons a day in summer - one am and one pm for sweet itch and he is very calm - not that he is really ever that manic to start with.

Steady up from feedmark can be good, but I have personally found the SS feed system to work well as it has no sugar or starch and is just forage based. My WB was fed only fibre products - anything else sent her scatty.
