how was everybody's bicton ?

Was very quiet i thought . I can not wait till easter now.

went to watch on saturday couldn't believe how quiet it was. Main ring was dead, what were there 20 starters in the main derby and same again in the 1m25! bit sad really.

can't believe I have gone a whole year without a bicton! bit odd but saved me a fair bit of money!

i just went to watch Sunday. They cancelled one class as only three entries. Do you think it was because of F and M? Usually packed out for August show!
 
I know a few people who withdrew because the ground was too hard, so that could have been one of the reasons ?

Seems mad really as we seem to be lurching from too wet windy or too hard within days of each other.

Not too bad! This year has gone so fast! Haven't jumped since June Bicton, had no lorry! so considering horses only jumped couple of fences in school since they jumped well.

Had double clear first day then my sister took over the ride (hers is lame!) My other horse jumped for first time in a year did clear round first day then had 4 faults in disc next day - bit excited to be jumping again but she jumped her socks off! (didn't jump her again as not jumping fit), my other sister didn't ride cuz hers has bad back! my 5 year old went but didn't jump (she had her back done first day) and our other big horse banged her hock so she didn't go! Having one of those years!

I'm still recovering!
 
the junior premier was sooo horrific last year, it was decided not to run it this year...!
plus some of the welsh didnt come coz oth the broomey thing being on over the weekend...

medievel night, anyone going...?
