After the Spindles Farm debacle in 2008, the RSPCA pledged to improve their responses to calls about equine cruelty. Im writing an article for Horse and Hound magazine about how well they have done this. Does anyone have any stories of how the RSPCA has recently responded to cruelty / neglect reports that I can use in the article? I'm particularly interested in how well they reported back after an investigation was made.
