Is it illegal to deliberatly flush out animals by walking a dog through a wood which you prevent fro

am glad everyone has replyed the way they have etc check out rest and not pts that was my reason for poll as friend said if it was hers I would have had it pts and it shocked me mainly cause I dont remember her as well in her bad days as her fab days but that is selective memory
