My opinion is that if she was desperate for a horse to ride, then no she should do it on her own.

However, IF she is doing you a favour by riding your horse when you're having problems, then yes I would leave my horse in the state that EVERYTHING is 100% perfect and prepared. When I go away my horses always have everything laid out down to feeds made up for every single day, etc etc.

Depends on the situation and who is gaining most! Hope you're having a nice holiday, FullThrottle.

Ha ha ha, nice holiday love :p

Pro rider, wether he wears bandages for a medical reason or not is nothing to do with you, I feed her horse and walk hers dogs daily, re doing badages takes 5 minutes, and at no point have i asked 'advice' and i'm not in this thread either!

With an attitude like that, I wouldn't want to exercise you're horse, never mind put bandages on it!

Prorider made a perfectly valid point (and obviously observed the expected retort in advance!!!)- if his legs were going to drop off without them on, then yes, i might be miffed but to be honest, i'd have left pre-rolled ones. I share horse duties with a friend and we do as much as possible for the other as we're scratching each others back.

Crikey, what a nice girl!!!
Here's hoping she has a long holiday.

Hate, hate, hate the C word and it always seems worse when uttered by a female.

Yep, my thoughts were wind up - or seeing the previous post maybe melt down.

Maybe its just me, but I find it hard to get worked up either way about whether bandages are pre-wound or not.

Have just read both posts. something very wrong with FT, young kid perhaps or someone on melt down.

Agree, the two posts dont match.... but that aside FT i think you need some help to deal with all the issues you have going on at the moment.

And i would be back in touch with your friend as i think you may have taken the context of her text message the wrong way which is so easy to do. I think you need to speak to her as i would imagine she is feeling as upset as you. And it sounds like you need all the friends you can get at the moment not pushing them away.

Cor blimey. I logged off after my post yesterday and have just seen this now. It must surely be a wind up but hopefully the 'holiday' will sort this one out.

Is this a 'dig' at me? I hope not! Using language like c*** in an open forum is not acceptable. That individual post certainly needed flagging
