How's he looking? 7 months on! (also in CR)

I've had the spooky pony for 7 months now, and we've had our ups and downs, as one does...since he's my pony, my vision of him is generally coloured a rosy pink, so I thought I'd ask you peeps how he looks like he's getting on.

The first pic was taken on 1st January, at which point I had gradually been bringing him into work for about 2 months (he'd spent a year and more as a field ornament).

The second and third pics were taken today.

Sorry that he's not stood up particularly well: hard to do by oneself!

His tummy muscles have toned up alot! Hes very croup high isnt he?!

He does look better. How old is he as I agree with teddyt about him being croup high.

He's just turned 9---we think. So no more growing! However, the ground in the yard slopes down towards the wall. I think his withers are probably actually at least level with his croup, but his back is still rather hollow, so it looks lower than it is...if that makes any sense?
