Have had Cash about 6 weeks now (gone v fast!!). Here's a series of pics taken from when he first came. Hopefully there's been an improvement in his weight and condition?? You tell me!
Very first day, end of March:

13 April (looking really rubbish, IMO! :( stressed by moving i guess) :

Today (please excuse general skankiness, he is mid-moult as you can see from random dark patches, and I was also halfway through sponging him down!):

Since his arrival I've put him on haylage full time and adapted his feed gradually. He feels VERY well and is a pleasure to ride and do (most of the time  he still has his dramatic TB moments, think they're with him for life!).
My RI says his topline's improved, and I think she's right? He has put on weight too, hasn't he?
Thanks for any replies, breadsticks and houmus (humus?) if you get this far :)
(PS. Sorry for rubbish pics, we're still working on standing still and he HAS to turn and look at what I'm doing  )

He looks loads better! Nice curvy bum now, not all angular! And he looks very relaxed and happy (for a TB!). And unlike some TBs who always have a giraffe neck, he has a nice solid neck with substance. very nice!

Only downside is you will no longer be able to play the xylophone on his ribs...:-)

Thanks so much for nice comments everyone :o

lachlanandmarcus- although he certainly is happy and relaxed (doing his 'butter wouldn't melt' face in the last one!!) he definitely has his fair share of TB moments!!
Good point about the ribs- will have to find a new instrument.

clipcloppop- If you want more photos, i may have just made an entire thread of pics :o all very boring but cute :D

Yes, he's put on condition, and it's always best to do it slowly, especially at this time of year when the grass is so rich. I'm glad you're getting on well with him :) Keep the updates coming :)
