He came back into work on Saturday after having 5 weeks off due to a bad back so he's just being hacked until I can get him a new saddle. Condition wise though, does he look okay?
(I know he's weak behind, it's something I'm really working on!)

Lovely,wish my eventer looked like him ,he looks horrible at the moment,,long mane and tail, thick coat and WHISKERS [don't do whiskers]
Hope he looks as good as yours when I get time to clip him, he is only walking out at the moment

Apart from the fact he's clipped he lookeda total mess before I tidyed (sp? it really doesn't look right) him up on Saturday. It doesn't look like it in these but his mane is a mess but the little sod won't let me pull it so I shall have to wait until he ges knocked out for me to clip him and the get a person each side with clippers and one person on the mane

Haha, looks grand considering he has been off, do you have a physio at all as mine helped me out sorting out the weak hindquarters.
 
But he still has an orang mane & tail as well as the nice patch on his back

I had the physio out to see him when I realised there was something wrong with him (the bad back), she suggested pessoa work (long and low) and eventually starting doing it over raised poles............But on monday he broke my pessoa

so thats on hold until I fix it, little git.
 
I agree with the others, he looks fine. As you said he maybe needs a bit more of a backside. I don't think I've ever seen pics of him stood up before and I have to say, I like him VERY much! Gorgeous chap!
