Had an amazingly busy few days - one more day to go and then it is all over for another year.
Started off well with a second in the MW hunters with Standing Ovation. Then a 4th in the sidesaddle with the coloured HW hunter, Red Andes - not many HWs do well in sidesaddle classes - let alone coloured ones!
Yesterday Dinger achieved a HOYS first with a score of 100/100 for his coloured class. He was brilliant and went superbly. He also took the championship in the afternoon and is now in the Supreme Horse on Sunday evening.
Today was the cobs - I took the ride on Dinger as we had another cob (Darcey Bustle) in the class. Darcey was 3rd and Dinger was 9th (he was a rather tired Dinger after the fun of Friday!), and Keystone Cob then won the HWs. Championship for cobs is on tonight - so resting my feet for an hour or so before trekking back to the arena.
Still got the riding horses tomorrow - so fingers crossed now for them!
