I only wanted to compliment you on the way you seem to have mastered the art of using smileys in your replies. I think you must look like this at your computer
No there is several places where you can get free smileys without needing to download them into your computer, f.ex. http://bestsmileys.com/pageindex.htm and http://www.clicksmilies.com/ .
Also if you're surfing on the internet by Mozilla Firefox and not Internet Explorer, you can download an add-on with Smiley Xtra 4 or 5.
I'm surprised every time I succeed with something on my computer that I haven't tried before and I prefer following step-by-step instructions (and I still doesn't always get it right
).
Anyhow, if you have Mozilla Firefox you can use "their" smileys, that you will be able to access through a smiley-button. I've heard a few people saying that they preferred the old version Smiley Xtra 4 and it seems you can still download it if you click the last option (smiley_xtra-4.1.1-fx.xpi) in this link ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/addons/375/
I found that link through a question on something that I think can be described as Mozilla support forum, link to the question and answers http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic....tra&start=0 .
The newest version is Smiley Xtra 5 but I haven't managed to save any of my favourite smileys that I find on there, so finding the same one later can be tricky. It works like this, you click your smiley-button and a narrow window will open at the left side of your screen, you write f.ex. horse, puppy etc. (it is the remembering which word I used, that gives me problem) and it will automatically start searching for smileys... And if you want to try it, though my probably very confusing and not enough flattering description, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8991 .
On Smiley Xtra 5 you can find smileys like this one
