Has anyone else had this come up now and again usually after trying to post a reply.It's sooooooooooooo annoying!

I get this quite a few times and not just on this forum either and it is bloody annoying. Sorry but it is lol. Sometimes takes ages to view pages or log into sites and I end up having to reboot the pc and start again. When you are a bit pushed for time as I sometimes am it is really annoying.
