So sorry to hear that lass - great big hug for you too.

We went through a spell of having colic every 4 weeks for about a year with one of ours - absolutely terrifying each time, and it was getting worse all the time. Eventually I worked out he could not handle maize, barley, pulses or soya and I put him on an exclusion diet and the only grain he gets is oats. Funny enough we have not had another colic incident in the 7 years on that regime.
