My mare came in with a wee lump on her chest (very close to her armpits - if that makes sense?) it was barely a handful, a wee bit warm, quite fluidy with a wee bit of firmness.
Just been up to give her her dinner and it's nw about the size of a tennis ball!
It's nearly doubled in size since yesterday, still firm but fluidy.
Does anyone have any ideas? Possibly a haematoma? I haven't really a clue about them (though she possibly had one last year but I think it was more like an infection)
I've given her a sachet of danilon tonight and put one in her breakfast too, will it help?
Thanks, Emma x
