Huge Shire Horse Sale, 17th August

On the 17th August Nigel Blakey is selling 40 Shire Horses at Shire Farm, Ruskington, Lincolnshire. One, Two and Three year old colts, fillies and geldings are going under the hammer. This isn't a good time to have 40 horses flood the market and there may be some real bargins to be had. Nigel has got to sell up after an awful accident last year when a horse kicked him in the head, he is on the road to recovery but it is going to be a long process so the horses have to go.
