Please can everyone one send cyber hugs and get well wishes to CALA and her Rotti.

Her Rotti (sorry forget her name), damaged her cruciate on Friday (another apology for it taking me so long to post this).
Lots of hugs and wishes required for both as they wait to see if the swelling has come down enough to xray on Monday.

Hope she's doing O.K. CALA and is a bit more comfortable now. (((HUGS)))

P.S. I also hope you haven't given her so many treats that she she is now stuck in her crate!!!

Seems fine (apart from climbing the walls as not going out - the girls don't care as like sleeping all day), no coughing, but did catch myself checking his respiration rate (not that have any idea what is normal)!!!

Glad Regan (doh knew it began with 'R' but kept getting Rowan (mastiff X?) in my head), is doing O.K. even if she is confined to a crate.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow. xxx

Loads of healing vibes coming to Regan, if it is the cruciate will they operate? friends jack russell has had both of his cruciates reconstructed and is now the ripe old age of 18 and still skipping about happily.

Yep....she will indeedy be operated on......have already booked my slot....with my trustee vet, I was on the phone to him on friday......he wants her starved from tonight.

He is my boss.....so, she is in good hands

Thanks guys, she is in dream land as we speak, I stayed to knock her out and X-ray, then left as she was going into theatre, as I would have fallen asleep, to hot, and jsut finished the night shift, awaiting my vet to call to say she is awake, so I can go get her

I saw there had been a few new replies and with strange optimism hoped there had been some good news already, but since Cala posted that she was going to bed at just past eleven, I presume it won't be any news until late afternoon.

Since it doesn't sound as if it's either a two-steps stair or that you intended to do the over your neck and shoulders sort of carrying, I'm impressed by your strength Cala. Keeping my fingers crossed that you get good news.
